Welcome - Leadership VITAE Launch

Welcome to Leadership VITAE!

Today, I’m proud to announce the relaunch of my blog to a responsive website, designed to help guide you along the phases of the leadership journey.

A few months ago, I asked myself “Is my writing designed to help you, my readers, apply the leadership ideas and concepts I share?”  The answer was pretty simple.

No.

Since then, I have started to build worksheets, infographics and other visuals to help you transition concepts to reality.

It wasn’t enough.

The blog was just that.  A collection of articles with little rhyme or reason.  While the content may have been valuable, if you can’t find it, does it really exist?

Leadership VITAE is about transformation, and it starts with me, transforming how I engage and help all of you.  I sincerely hope the new design makes it simple for you to navigate rich content, based on where you are or desire to be in your leadership journey.

In addition to the website, I have included two new offerings:

  • A Free eBook – How to Build Your Authentic Leadership Brand.  Available for those willing to register for my newsletter, this is the latest resource for helping you move leadership principles from concept to reality.
  • The Leadership VITAE Newsletter.  Not only will subscribers receive a weekly digest of new content, they will be the first to receive new tools before they are released to the website.

I am thrilled to be able to move from a simple blog to a comprehensive leadership platform designed around you – my readers.  As you experience the new content, delivery and value, please let me know how I’m doing and how I can improve.  I’m always looking to raise the bar, and you’re the ones who set it.

Thank you and welcome to Leadership VITAE!
