Leadership Inspiration – Success

Leadership Inspiration Success

Dominos

We all fall down.  Like dominoes, our best laid plans can be disrupted.  We can find ourselves starting over.

We cannot avoid mistakes.  They will be found on the path to learning and growth.  We must stretch ourselves to achieve great things. And sometimes, discover what not to do along the way.

We will all make mistakes and experience failure.  Our opportunity is deciding what to do when the inevitable occurs.

There is always a choice.

We can lay down in our defeat, accepting failure as our right.  Or we can embrace the lesson, evaluating what happened and what we can learn from it.  What we can share with others.

If we don’t occasionally fall down, we’re not trying hard enough.  The secret to success is getting up, dusting ourselves off, and trying again.
