New Year, New Possibilities

New Year New Possibilities

Today marks the start of a brand new year and a brand new decade.

Think back to last year. To 10 years ago. How much has changed in the world around us? How much have we changed (did you do the facebook challenge, looking at photos from decades past)?

For many of us, January 1st marks the start of something new. Yet every day provides an opportunity to embrace and affect a change.

Many resolutions are set and abandoned in the first few weeks of the year. It may be easy to get discouraged setting huge goals, only to struggle with achievement. Rather than aspiring to a mountain of future achievement, instead see today as the start of new possibilities.

Those possibilities may be an improvement, kindness, change, or challenge to overcome. We might fall a little short one day, but can embrace the possibility of achievement the next.

No matter what your aspirations are for today or the year and decade ahead, I wish for you the start of wonderful possibilities. A year filled with the challenges you need to grow and the opportunities to move you forward.
